What is our production process from raw material to become finished product?
1,Samples from customer(if you need custom-made color)
2,Our research and design department will make the same design as samples and make a test.
3, Production begins by advanced 6 color gravure printing machines.
4,Quality inspection and rewinding :quality inspection department who will inspect and test the raw material to makes sure the raw materials meet our standards,after production,will review the surface to make the product perfect.
5,Packing and delivery:we will pack it well with film and fasten belt.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry clean environment at room temperature with moderate humidity. The material can be suspended in unopened packaging. Store away from sources of heat and sunlight.
Material should be acclimatised 72 hours prior to use at room temperature (about 20°C/68°F). Shelf life: approximately 60 months

1.QA department makes sure the raw materials meet our standards by testing before production.
